Is the INV website secure?
INV artist network takes web security issues seriously. We have protected the site with The Web's Most Trusted Security Provider. VeriSign is the SSL Certificate provider of choice for over 95% of the Fortune 500 and the world's 40 largest banks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
How do I track my order?
To track your order you must first be logged in to your INV Store Account.
Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
Not typically, since we do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible. You can always contact us at info@INVartistnetwork.com to request a change to your order and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.
How do I cancel my order?
Wait... why would you do that?
In the event of a cancellation, email info@INVartistnetwork.com to let us know. Please include the order number in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back to our warehouse, your credit card will be refunded less a $4.50 re-stocking fee.
What are my shipping options?
Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping is FREE with your order, however you will have he ability to upgrade shipping at time of checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, International orders may have additional fees applied depending on your country's customs agency.
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We use American Apparel tees. Our men shirts are 100% ring spun cotton and our Women's are 50/50 cotton-poly blend. Both tees provide a soft and comfortable fit.
How do your shirts fit?
Check out our size charts here. Please note that the measurements we give in our size charts have a variance of +/- 1 inch.
If a shirt is sold out, will it ever be reprinted?
We may occasionally choose to bring back some of our bestsellers. So....if you see a tee you must have and it is currently available, we suggest grabbing it before it's gone!
What is your return policy?
We are pretty confident that you will be happy with your purchase that we offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 90 days (120 days for international orders) from the date of purchase, email us at info@INVartistnetwork.com and request a return authorization number. In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Exchanges must be made for shirts of equal or lesser value. There is a $4.50 re-stocking fee that is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part.
How long is the processing time for returns?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your return.

I submitted a design, but I don't see on the site. Where is it?
All submissions will first go through an internal screening process before being accepted into our vote section, or rejected. This initial screening usually takes 1-2 business days. Once your submission is either accepted or rejected, you will receive an email notification.
What file formats should my art be submitting in?
You artwork should be submitted in a Photoshop or Illustrator file.
What if I don't have Photoshop or Illustrator?
You may submit a high resolution JPG with a minimum 300 dpi.
When do winning artists get paid?
We will send out your cash prize within 3-5 business days after announcing winners.
